About us:
The Pavilion Indochine is born of the imagination of two French natives both married to Asian natives. Frederic Amat, journalist and photographer, covered the news of the Kingdom for several years. He is also a writer and knows everything there is to know about Angkor history.
Frederic Rieu, father of little Melissa, was a restauranteur firstly in the Pacific and then at Phnom Penh, before settling in Siem Reap. He is very knowledgeable about Cambodia and is a source of valuable advice and guidance for any planned excursions.
Its since their own extensive travels that the two Frederics came up with the concept for the Pavilion Indochine, described by the Lonely Planet as 'a splendid guesthouse' with a 'unique atmosphere'.

Situated slightly outside the small town Siem Reap, Pavilion Indochine is the closest guesthouse to the Angkor temples.
